1 - Bookings

1.1 - Holiday Camps.
Payment for our Holiday Camps must be made in advance and are non-refundable unless Payment Protection has been purchased.  We are unable to reserve a place for you unless this has been arranged with our Customer Service Team.  If for any reason, you are unable to pay for your booking prior to your course commencing, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

1.2 After School Clubs

Payment for our After School Clubs must be made in advance and are non-refundable. Any child not on the register at the start of a session will be returned to the school office and you will be asked to collect them.

2 - Childcare Vouchers
As an Ofsted registered childcare provider, we can accept Childcare Vouchers for our Planet Active Holiday Camps. When paying using the Voucher service, your booking will be confirmed once we have received notification of the transfer and the funds have cleared. We ask that the transfer is made within 24hrs of the booking being requested.

3 - Booking Confirmation
A booking confirmation and payment receipt are issued by email upon payment by debit/credit card.

4 - Late collection of Child/ren
If you are running late to collect your child/ren please let us know at the earliest opportunity. We will never leave a child alone and they will be supervised until you arrive. In the event of a child/ren persistently not being collected on time, we reserve the right to charge a late fee.  The fee will be charged at £5 for every 5 minutes.

5 - Cancellation of an After School Club.

5.1 - By Planet Education

On occasion, Planet Education may need to cancel or postpone a session.  In the event of such cancellation, an alternative session will be offered in lieu, or a credit will be issued.  

5.2 - By a Customer

If your child is unable to attend a session for whatever reason, Planet Education will be unable to issue a credit note or refund.

5.3 - Adverse weather conditions

In the event of your child’s school closing due to adverse weather conditions, Planet Education will be unable to issue a credit note, refund or an alternative session.

6 - Cancellation of a Holiday Club.

6.1- By Planet Education

On occasion, Planet Education made need to cancel or postpone a session on a Holiday Camp.  In the event of which an alternative session will be offered in lieu, a credit will be issued, or a full refund will be offered.

6.2 - By a Customer

We understand that plans change, and children become ill so, if you need to cancel a booking on one of our Holiday Camps, an alternative session will be offered in lieu in the form of a credit minus a £6 admin fee.  If you have taken out Payment Protection, then you can request a full refund should an alternative session or credit not be suitable.

7 - Planet Education will take responsibility for your child at the time specified on the Holiday Camp booking confirmation. Please ensure that the child(ren) are signed in by a Planet Education member of staff unless prior written permission has been received by Planet Education.

8 - Planet Education does not accept responsibility or liability in respect f any loss or damage to personal property or effects.

9 - On occasion, Planet Education or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only.

10In relation to any reduced costs on course fees due to a sale or special offer the price will expire on the given deadline and revert to our standard course fees. It is with regret that we cannot offer reduced prices after this date.

11 - Planet Education reserves the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate.

12 - All Data collected upon making a booking is for the sole use of Planet Education and is not shared with an outside company.

13 - Data collected for the HAF Programme may be shared with local and central governments upon their request.
