Keeping children fit and active outside of school

We design, run and manage a whole host of after school courses and clubs; enough to satisfy even the most demanding active children and young people.

In fact, we've created an all-year-round sporting calendar – usually delivered in weekly sessions - to engage, motivate and inspire children. It's all part of our passion for encouraging them to fully experience, embrace and enjoy sport. You'll find some of them listed below.

Sports coaching clubs

Having an opportunity to try, learn and play different sports often enhances a child's ability in their chosen field and sometimes helps them to discover talents they didn't know they had. Our clubs can cover a great range of activities, from cricket, football and short-tennis to basketball, rounders, dodgeball, handball and many more besides.

Sport specific clubs

Many children are, of course, mad about a favourite sport and emulating their sporting heroes. So we deliver a choice of sport specific clubs that range from football, cricket and tag-rugby to gymnastics and dance.

Change4Life Clubs

As local supporters of the Change4Life campaign, the public health programme in England run by the Department of Health, we can help you help your children to combat obesity and inactivity in line with government guidelines through Change4Life events at your school.

Partnerships with Local Authorities

We are increasingly working with public sector organisations, such as local authorities, to help them deliver their sports services.

For example, we're partnering Eastleigh Borough Council's Sport and Active Lifestyles Team to enable them to deliver their objective of helping local people work towards a healthy lifestyle.

Their Friday Night Football programme provides informal five-a-side matches for 8-19 year olds at Fleming Park, Botley Recreation Ground and The Hub. We provide the professional coaching and sessions generally consist of five-a-side games with expert training if requested. And young players can enjoy all this for just a £1 each!

Our extended school courses are Ofsted registered, designed to meet National Curriculum standards (where required) and delivered by our fully trained, qualified and security-assured coaches.
